Cleveland-Holloway is a historic neighborhood in downtown Durham, NC, known as "Durham's Front Porch." We're located at Cleveland Street to Old Five Points and Holloway Street to Alston Avenue.
We have a rich history that shapes the community; some residents have lived in these homes for over 50 years. Our eclectic neighborhood thrives from its diversity and enjoys the vibrancy of downtown Durham.
